Terms and conditions

Booking
To make a booking you must be over 18.
You can make a booking by telephone or by e-mail. When we have registered your booking you will receive a confirmation from us and if necessary an invoice. Booking deadlines are stated under each activity. For activities and packages with duration longer than one day the booking is valid when 50% or more of the total sum is paid.

Payment
All activities must be paid before the activity starts.
1-day or shorter activities can be paid in cash on arrival or by invoice prior to arrival. If invoice is used a valid receipt must be presented on arrival.
All activities with a duration longer then 1 day must be fully paid no later than the booking deadline or 14 days prior to the start of the activity (whatever comes last).
Other conditions apply for tour operators.

Insurance and safety

Turgleder is covered by liability insurance.
Travel insurance is the customer's personal responsibility. We do recommend that the customer takes out personal travel insurance.


The customer is personally responsible for evaluating his/her physical and/or psychological condition in relation to the contents of the trip.

Turgleder can not be held liable for accidents/injuries or damage caused by circumstances beyond Turgleder’s control.

Turgleder reserves the right to deny a customer's participation in activities if the customer poses a threat to oneself or to other participants or staff members. Turgleder also reserves the right to deny a customer's participation if the customer conducts oneself in a way that to a large extent troubles other participants.
All participants must sign a waiver accepting personal responsibility for his/her participation in activities. The waiver will be presented to the customer on request or upon booking.

We will of course do everything in our powers to ensure that you have a fantastic experience!

 

Cancellations
Turgleder reserves the right to cancel or change any activity or arrangement for safety reasons or other unforeseen incidents up to the time of departure/start.

Activities and arrangements cancelled by Turgleder will be refunded 100%.

Cancellations must be done i writing.

Cancellations done by the customer prior to the booking deadline will be charged with an administration fee of
Nkr 500.

Cancellations done by the customer after the booking deadline will berefunded with 50% of the already paid sum.

"No show" is not refunded.

Customers unable or unwilling to take part in programmed activities will not get a refund.
